Natya Vaibavam 2025 Registration

 
 
Registration Rules
  • All participants need to complete the online registration by filling the form below on or before Feb 15th, 2025. We will contact with the details of your performance slot after the registration deadline.
  • Please provide The Song title, Composer, Ragam, Talam and Choreographer needs with your registration. For solo slots: 13 and under please register under the Junior Category. 13 and above will be in the senior category.
  • Participants are allowed to be part of only ONE individual or group presentation, to a maximum of 8 minutes duration (Junior) or a maximum of 10 minutes duration (Senior)
  • The Dancers/Gurus' will be responsible for the Choreography/Music and any Copyright requirements for their performance.
  • Participants will be emailed on their slot timings. It will be based on a first cum first serve basis. We WILL NOT group dance schools together.
  • Any accomodation for changes of item performed need to be informed when checking in on performance day.
  • A no-show during the alloted slot will be on availability basis.
  • Participation fee is waived for FAAA members. There will be a participation fee of $25 for each non-member participant per performance.
  • Participation fee must be paid online prior to filling up the registration (non-members).


Dance Perforamance Logistics
  • Participants will be allowed to perform only one dance - you can either dance individually or be in a group. You will not be allowed to do both.
  • The maximum time limit for Junior Slots : 8 minutes. Maximum time limit for Senior Slots :10 minutes.
  • Group performances can have a maximum of SIX participants.
  • Participants are requested to be at the venue with full attire and make up . Please note that there are no green rooms available.
  • Participants will be emailed on their slot timings. It will be based on a first cum first serve basis. We WILL NOT group dance schools together.
  • Standard Florescent lighting is available at the venue. We will not accomodate any additional lighting requirements.
  • Audio recording for your performance will need to be submitted in MP3 format to the team by Feb 15th, 2025. Go to the upload link, create a folder under your last-first name and upload the music with the title song in the filename.
  • Please bring your audio recording on a USB on the day of the event as a backup.
  • Once you have completed your performance please collect your certificate from the front desk.


Registration

Step 1:  Non-members use the button below to pay for the participation. You need to capture the transaction-id of the online transaction and email it to azfinearts@yahoo.com if you have not paid during the registration.

Step 2: Please fill all the required details below and click on the Submit button. Required fields are marked with an asterisk(*). An email will be sent to the contact email with the registration confirmation.
